French Silk Pie

French Silk Pie is a light chocolate delight.

This quick and easy dessert recipe will please all the chocolate lovers.



Ingredients:


  • 1 cup Butter or Margarine

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 squares Unsweetened chocolate (melted)

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  • 4 Eggs (room temperature)

  • 1 9" Graham Cracker Crust

  • Whip Cream


  • Directions:


  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, and sugars (white and brown)

  • Blend in melted chocolate

  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating at high speed for 5 minutes for each egg

  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust

  • Refrigerate until firm

  • Garnish with whip cream
