    1. Ride With the Flow of Traffic - Go with the flow, not against it.

    2. Obey Traffic Laws - Follow lane markings, signs and signals.

    3. Yield to Traffic - Wait for traffic on larger roads and yield to pedestrians.

    4. Be Predictable - Ride in a straight line and signal when changing directions.

    5. Stay Alert - Watch out for things on the road such ar potholes, cracks or wet leaves which can cause you to loose control of your bike. Listen for traffic.
