Steps for Being a Successful Coupon Shopper.
  1. Keep a Price Book. Make a list of prices for items you frequently buy. That way you will be able to see how much you really save on similar products or products that are on sale.

  2. Cut and collect coupons. The more coupons you collect the more you will save. You can find coupons through a variety of sources. A word of caution, don't collect coupons for things you won't use or need unless you are going to give them to someone else.

  3. Organize coupons. If you don't know what coupons you have or they are not easily accessible, you will forget to use them.

  4. Make shopping list. Whether it is a grocery list or other type of shopping list, write down what you need to buy and put a check mark on each item that you have a coupon for.
